PHILOMATH — Turkey Bingo, a benefit for Philomath Outdoor School, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Philomath Middle School, 2021 Chapel Drive.

Among the prizes are turkeys for Thanksgiving dinner.

Bingo cards cost $2 each or $5 for three.

A quilt raffle also is part of the fun, and there will be Izzy's Pizza coupon books for sale.

Funds for Philomath Outdoor School are raised by parents and through donations, grants and fees each year. The school district hasn't been able to contribute to the activity for the last two years.

The estimated cost of outdoor school for this year is $21,000 to $22,000.
