Morse to lead forum on Oregon Health Fund

CORVALLIS — State Sen. Frank Morse will lead a forum Tuesday on plans for the Oregon Health Fund. The event begins at 7 p.m. in Ronnenkamp Hall at Grace Lutheran Church, 435 N.W. 21st St.

Morse, a member of the Oregon Senate Commission on Health Care Access and Affordability, will answer questions about the proposed health fund, a plan to revamp state-sponsored health care coverage for uninsured Oregonians.

The forum is sponsored by the Interfaith Health Care Network and nine area churches. Former state Rep. Tony Van Vliet will moderate the discussion.
