Caty Reeves is batting .316 for Cal Baptist, which has won 10 straight softball games after starting out 1-1.

A catcher/first baseman, Reeves has started nine of 12 games for the Lancers.

The 2007 Crescent Valley High graduate has a home run and a double among her six hits; she has a .525 slugging percentage and a .517 on-base percentage after drawing nine walks. She has nine RBIs

Jake Roy is batting .500 for Dakota Wesleyan University after starting twice in right field.

The senior from Corvallis has two RBIs, one run scored and has been hit by three pitches.

Dakota Wesleyan is 1-2 after having four games cancelled. The team plays a doubleheader on Saturday at Dakota State.

Josh Warner pitched two-plus innings of relief in Corban College’s season-opening 4-3 victory over Simpson on Valentine’s Day.

Warner is a sophomore outfielder/pitcher out of Santiam Christian High. He batted .319 as a freshman in 43 games.
