Audrey Elaine Schilling of Alsea died at her home on May 1. She was 55.

She was born July 12, 1952, to Albert and Ruth H. Berkshire Schilling in Eugene.

Audrey was a health care giver and did volunteer work. She helped with the Veneta Meal Site, Meals on Wheels, the Love Project’s food bank and the Alsea Gleaners.

She loved life to the fullest and enjoyed the outdoors and activities like camping, hunting and fishing. She was fond of puzzles, reading and Western movies.

Survivors include daughter, Jackie, and her husband, Brian Green; sister, Alberta Burt; brother, Tom and his wife, Ria Else; five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
