Friday, Oct. 3
Disorderly conduct: 1:10 p.m., 2475 N.W. Monroe Ave. Samuel James Vannoy, 19, of Corvallis was cited for disorderly conduct after he reportedly climbed onto a table at a campus-area tattoo and piercing parlor and announced that he was God. Vannoy was shirtless and had multiple scrapes and cuts on his body.
Saturday,Oct. 4
DUII plus: 2:32 a.m., 600 block of Northwest 11th Avenue. Joseph Michael Vito, 23, of Corvallis was arrested for DUII during a traffic stop after an off-duty police officer reported a possibly intoxicated driver. Vito reportedly refused to undergo field sobriety tests or take a breath test. He also was cited for reckless driving and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Car theft: 8:58 a.m., 900 block of Southwest 15th Street. An apartment resident reported his car had been stolen from the complex overnight. The vehicle is a 1996 Volkswagen GTI.
DUII: 11:25 p.m., Northwest Grant Avenue and Highland Drive. Tyler Adolf, 22, of Corvallis was arrested for drunken driving after he crashed his 1998 Ford pickup truck into a traffic-calming device in the middle of the intersection. His blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.17 percent.
Sunday, Oct. 5
Theft: 4:32 p.m. A 19-year-old Corvallis woman reported she may have been defrauded of $4,400. The woman told police she had seen a car advertised on the Internet and sent a money order to pay for the vehicle on Sept. 22, but the vehicle had not been delivered as promised.

DUII: 9 p.m., Highway 99W, Monroe. Ricardo Martinez, 24, of Monroe was arrested for drunken driving after a traffic stop. His blood-alcohol level reportedly measured 0.13 percent.
