Robert Lynn Baker of Philomath died Nov. 3 in Provo, Utah.

Robert is survived by his wife, Jewell, and sons Joshua and Forrest of Orem, Utah. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann “Coke” Randell.

Robert is also survived by his adopted mom, Lucille Newbourn of Corvallis, and adopted father, Daniel Baker of Philomath; siblings Anna and Richy Nichols, Rita Bell, Danny Baker, Shari Karns and Keith Baker. His family tree was twofold and he had many stepsiblings, fathers, mothers, children and grandchildren.

He never met a stranger. His laughter was contagious. He is loved and will be missed by many.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. with visitation until 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at the First Baptist Church, 335 S. 26th St., Philomath. Contact Rita Bell at 929-4139 for additional information.
