Sept. 27 - SHRM Learning System Course, for human resource professionals preparing to take the PHR/SPHR certification exam, at Linn-Benton Community College, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays on Sept. 27-28, Oct. 18-19, and Nov. 15-16 at LBCC's Business building, room B-101, 6500 Pacific Blvd. S.W., Albany. Sept. 30 - The Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College begins the Oregon Real Estate Brokers Licensing Education on the LBCC Albany campus, College Center Building, room CC-213, for 15 sessions ending Dec. 11. All classes meet from 6 to10 p.m., including some Thursday evening sessions. Cost is $595. Oct. 17 - ODA pesticide applicator exam prep course. In English two Fridays, Oct. 17 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Oct. 24 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the LBCC Willamette Room, room CC-210, College Center, 6500 Pacific Blvd. S.W., Albany. The same course will be presented in Spanish on Nov. 14 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Nov. 21 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Alsea Room, room CC-203, on the LBCC campus. Cost: $80 and includes all materials. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
