March 28 - Linn-Benton Mediation Service presents a course entitled "Basic Mediation Training." This course meets the basic state requirements for Oregon mediators and will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 28-29 and April 4-5 at the LBCC Benton Center, 757 N.W. Polk Ave., Corvallis. Cost: $500, or $200 with a commitment to volunteer for a minimum of two hours per month for one year. LBMS may offer scholarships for those unable to pay the full volunteer fee.
