Cristina Cleveland has joined the Corvallis branch of Prudential Real Estate Professionals. Cleveland graduated from Eugene High School and attended California State University and University of Oregon to receive her bachelor of science in business. Prior to real estate, she was a management consultant working with business and technology.

Barb Cardwell, a real estate sales professional in Albany, has joined Keller Williams Mid-Willamette Market Center. Cardwell has lived primarily in the Willamette Valley for more than 30 years. Cardwell has shown ranches, resorts and other income-
producing properties as well as residential in Oregon, Arizona, and Baja, Mexico.

Krista Pape has joined RE/MAX Integrity as a real estate broker at their Albany office located at 2910 Santiam Highway S.E. An experienced broker, Pape holds a Certified Neighborhood Specialist designation and has a background in business prior to beginning her career in real estate.

Gary Cook was re-elected to serve on the board of Directors of NORPAC Foods, Inc. in Stayton, Oregon's largest fruit and vegetable processor, at the annual meeting on Dec. 5, 2007. Cook was re-elected for his third term to the District 2 position and elected to serve as chairman. Cook and his family grow sweet corn, beans, broccoli and cauliflower for NORPAC as well as peppermint, filberts, grass seed and vegetable seed on their farm in the Dever-Conner area north of Albany.

The Master Design Awards recognize outstanding design, quality construction and exceptional value in remodeling projects. This is the third national remodeling award Powell Construction has won this year. The judges for the magazine are all active remodelers and designers, gathered from throughout the United States, to honor companies using the best practices, products and design ideas. Barbara Henry of Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette has achieved the Home Marketing Specialist designation after attending the Certified Home Marketing Specialist Course taught by Martha Webb on Jan. 17 in Salem. The course addressed in-depth market analysis, strategic pricing and effective home staging. Webb is the author and producer of "Dress Your House for Success."
