People on the Move

Coldwell Banker Valley Brokers has added three new real estate brokers in the mid-valley. Karen and Mark Flogstad have joined the Albany office. Katherine Smith has joined the Corvallis office.

Comings & Goings

E-Powersellers & The Shipping Annex has moved to Suite 111 in the Two Rivers Market, 250 Broadalbin St. S.W. in Albany. The business has added color copying services and is providing free Wi-Fi service to Taqueria Alonzo and The Wine Depot as well as public seating areas at Two Rivers. New hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The phone number is 928-7066.

Officers & Directors

Benton County Schools Credit Union has elected new officers. They are Joseph Dealy, chairman; Susan Halliday, secretary; Harold Brauner, first vice chairman; Margi Dusek, second vice chairman; and Joe Tofte, treasurer.


The Downtown Corvallis Association has elected new officers for 2007-08. They are Bruce Pedersen of Corvallis Super 8, president; Amy Childers of the downtown Starbucks, vice president; Steve Hutchison of U.S. Bank, treasurer; Susan MacNeil of InsideOut Garden Visions, co-treasurer; and Jerry Groesz of First American Title, secretary. New board members include downtown property owner Les Boudreaux and Elements Building developer Deanna Carr.

Training & Development

Brent and Marie Boyter, real estate brokers with the Corvallis office of Coldwell Banker Valley Brokers, have earned the Coldwell Banker Previews International property specialist designation. Coldwell Banker Previews International is a marketing program for luxury residential properties. Program specialists are trained in developing market analyses and marketing plans for sellers of high-end homes.
