Learn how to knit and love it! This isn’t just a knitting class, this is THE knitting class. This class is designed for absolute beginners, you don’t even need to have ever touched knitting needles to take this class. All the main supplies needed for class are included! This is a series of classes "A - C" with each class building upon what you learned in the first. It is totally up to you how many of the series you take!

In this first class A, we will learn all the basic techniques to cast on, knit and purl while working on a sample! The class will be taught by Sandy Halonen of Monroe, OR, who taught herself to knit when her family moved to Alaska in 1960. Sandy is not only an amazing knitter, but passionate about the craft and enthusiastic about teaching others!

Prerequisites: None!

Supplies: Yarn & Needles included. It is suggested that you bring a notebook, and pencil/pen for taking notes.

Cost: $50 which includes yarn and needles (you can come to Ewethful to pick out your yarn color in advance if you’d like!) $25 deposit required to hold your spot. One full week cancellation required for refund. $25 balance is due on/before the day of class.

A discount does apply if you sign up for 2 or more classes in the A-C series! $10 off each additional class.
