To help kick off the Yamhill Valley Weekend of the Oregon Truffle Festival, guests will enjoy a beautiful dinner from chef Christopher Czarnecki of the Joel Palmer House, whose family wrote the James Beard award winning book on cooking with truffles and mushrooms. Guests will indulge in four exquisite courses paired with elegant wines from Willamette Valley Vineyards, a not to be missed experience at the famed Joel Palmer House in Dayton.
