Parenting and caring for children is stressful!  During this free one-night workshop taught by LBCC Instructor, Aoife Magee, learn more about common parent and caregiver challenges that can create stress and burn-out.  Gain tools and effective strategies to create balance and well-being in your daily life while caring for young children.  Participants will learn how to build resilience and leave with a self-care plan.

This is a free one-night workshop and it will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, from 6-8:00pm at the Suburban Christian Church, Noah’s Ark Preschool, 2760 SW 53rd Street, Corvallis.  Please call Family Connections at (541) 917-4899 to sign-up and reserve child care.  This workshop is taught in partnership with Noah’s Ark and the Parenting Success Network.
