Part of the 2018 Oregon Truffle Festival’s Eugene weekend, 300 guests will come together for an evening of conviviality around the table, as we present our 13th Grand Truffle Dinner featuring Oregon’s native winter white and black truffles in a sumptuous six-course meal paired with magnificent Oregon wines.  Considered by many to be the pièce de résistance of the weekend, the 2018 Grand Truffle Dinner features six celebrated and nationally recognized guest chefs known for their love of fresh, seasonal ingredients, and their skill and creativity with Oregon truffles. This year’s chefs will be Paul Virant of Vie and Vistro, Carlo Lamagna of Magna, Edouardo Jordan of Salare and Junebaby, Shota Nakajima of Adana, Sarah Schafer of Irving Street Kitchen, and Kim Boyce, of Bake Shop.
