I'm 67 years old, and Triple "E" is my fitness routine: eat simply, exercise, and ease the mind through meditation and humor. I avoid rich foods, dairy, and meat. I do Tai Chi regularly, walk four to six days a week, and dance a lot - all kinds of dance, but mainly I line dance, three times a week. Line dancing is a great way to keep both the body and brain fit and to enjoy music and movement with other people.
