Jodie Harmon, left, and Marie Parcell express outrage at Monday's sentencing of Josh Grimes, an OSU student who pleaded guilty to third degree assault and unlawful use of a firearm. Grimes shot Dennis Sanderson, a transient who was collecting cans behind Grimes' fraternity, in March. Grimes received 150 days in jail, 400 hours of community service, a $3,000 fine and three years of supervised probation. Harmon, Parcell and others believed Grimes was given too lenient a sentence for the nature of his crime.
