Benton Hospice Service is forming grief education and support groups in Corvallis, with weekly meetings during the day or evening beginning Oct. 2.
This is a chance to meet others who are also mourning a death, learn that you are not alone in your grief, talk about your grief in a safe, non-judgmental environment, receive support, offer support to others by listening and learn about the grieving process.
The peer groups are open to the entire community and are free of charge. Anyone in the area who has lost a loved one, whether or not in the care of Benton Hospice Service, is welcome to participate.
