The Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis has won a $35,000 grant from the Swindels Family Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation to increase the hours of the Lincoln Lion's Den after-school program, and provide homework help and mentoring to at-risk students of Lincoln Elementary school.

The foundation works with individuals, families, businesses and organizations to create charitable funds to support the community causes they care about. Through these funds, the foundation awards more than $60 million annually in grants and scholarships.
