Oregon State University's restructuring plan takes the university's 11 colleges and assigns them to one of four new academic departments. A headline on the front page of the Nov. 3 edition incorrectly described the action.

State senator's name:

State Sen. Frank Morse of North Albany represents Corvallis in the state Legislature. His first name was incorrect in a front-page article Nov. 3.

All-day kindergarten:

A front-page article Tuesday on the all-day kindergarten program contained numerous errors and left some mistaken impressions about the program. To correct and clarify the issue, please refer to the follow-up article published today.
