What's it like to live north of campus?

The Gazette-Times is hosting a community meeting for residents of the neighborhoods north of campus (College Hill, north College Hill and College Hill West) at 7 p.m., Thursday at the Harding Center, 510 N.W. 31st. St. The meeting will end at 9 p.m.

Ward 4 City Councilor Dan Brown will be present, as will representatives from the newspaper.

We're interested in hearing about issues important to people living adjacent to Oregon State University. What's the best part of being so close to campus, in an area rich with history? What are some problems your neighborhood is facing? How can the city, and your neighbors, help?

For information or to suggest ideas for our ongoing neighborhoods series, contact Mary Ann Albright at 758-9518 or maryann.albright@lee.net.
