Tuesday, Oct. 27
HARASSMENT: 8:24 p.m., 3200 block Northeast Lancaster Street. Ronald Walter Banks, 69, of Corvallis, was arrested for interfering with a police report and harassment after he allegedly pushed a 72-year-old woman, then broke two phones to keep her from calling police.
Wednesday, Oct. 28
NOT KIDNAPPED: 7:10 p.m., 100 block Southeast Rivergreen Avenue. A 35-year-old woman called police to say she was being held against her will in a home. That turned out not to be true, but officers who went to the house did cite David Timpe, 24, of Corvallis, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Chantelle Hanse-Mrkonic, 19, of Tigard, also was at the house and was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Sunday, Nov. 1
INJURY ACCIDENT: 4:35 p.m., Northeast Highway 99W and Northeast Circle Boulevard. One person went to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center after a rear-end accident. D'Shaynna Coleman, 19, of Philomath, said her foot slipped while she was stopped at the intersection and her vehicle rolled into the car in front of her. A passenger in the front car, Kimberly Southern, 41, of Philomath, was taken to the hospital. Coleman was cited for following to closely.
ALCOHOL CITATIONS: Between 11:38 p.m. on Oct. 31 and 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 1, a Corvallis police sergeant issued seven citations for minors being in possession of alcohol and two for open container, all near the intersection of Northwest Harrison Boulevard and Northwest 23rd Street.
Monday, Nov. 2
$50? THOSE ARE PRICELESS: 10:16 a.m., 2200 block Northwest Harrison Boulevard. Custom-made Christopher Walken stickers worth $50 were reported stolen from a Jeep.

Thursday, Oct. 29
FIELD DAMAGED: 10:40 a.m., 4700 block Northwest Crescent Valley Drive. A man said his field was damaged when someone spun "cookies" in it. He had the license plate of the vehicle, and deputies contacted the owners. Their 16-year-old son had driven through the field. The family worked out a civil compromise with the field owner.
KID CALL: 3:15 p.m., 20000 block Burtonwood Drive, Summit. A woman was concerned about a phone call she received from a small child. A deputy was able to find out where the call came from. It turned out a 6-year-old boy playing with a phone made the call while his uncle was asleep.
Sunday, Nov. 1
DUII INVESTIGATION: 1:10 a.m. Northeast Highway 99W and Northwest Mountain View Drive. Ryan Staton, 19, of Monmouth, was stopped for a traffic violation. He later was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. His blood-alcohol content was 0.00 percent; Staton refused a drug evaluation. Deputies later got a search warrant to take a blood sample from Staton.
