Sunday, May 22

FURNISHING ALCOHOL: 1 a.m., Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house, 2929 N.W. Harrison Blvd. Sigma Alpha Epsilon president William Later, 21, of Corvallis, was arrested on charges of furnishing alcohol to minors and hosting a party for minors after two minors were found unconscious inside the house due to alcohol consumption.

Saturday, May 21

ASSAULT: 1:51 a.m., 200 block Northwest 13th Street. Justin Martinez, 21, of Corvallis, was arrested on a charge of second-degree assault after he reportedly threw a beer bottle that injured Tyler Vinson, 21, of Corvallis.

DUII: 2:03 a.m., 200 block Southwest Seventh Street. Peter Freeman, 26, of Corvallis, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants after he was stopped for failing to signal a right turn from Jackson Avenue to Seventh Street. His blood-alcohol content was .08 percent.

DUII: 2:44 a.m., Northwest Sixth Street and Monroe Avenue. Maxwell Packer, 23, of Corvallis, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants after he was stopped for loud music coming from his vehicle. His blood-alcohol content was .17 percent. He also was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

JUDGMENT DAY BILLBOARD: 9:17 a.m., Southwest Seventh Street and Western Boulevard. Nathan Allen Childs, 32, of Corvallis, was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespassing after he was spotted spray-painting the phrase "Jesus is Lord" in metallic and black paint on the "Judgment Day" billboard on Western Boulevard.

Friday, May 20

BURGLARY: 4:25 p.m., Chi Phi Fraternity, 527 N.W. 23rd St. A man reported that his HP Pavilion laptop computer, valued at $750, was stolen from the basement of the Chi Phi fraternity house sometime between May 17 and May 19.

PARTY FOUL: 11:38 p.m., Sigma Chi Fraternity, 312 N.W. 25th St. Quenton Berger, 20, of Corvallis, was arrested on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangering and minor in possession of alcohol after he punched his arm through a window of the Sigma Chi fraternity house and the glass flew and struck a male inside the house, cutting his lip. The injured male and Berger were taken to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center for treatment of cuts.

Wednesday, May 18

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: 11 a.m., 300 block Northwest 23rd Street. A man reported that someone broke the driver's side window of his 1971 Ford F250 and stole several items, including a Compaq laptop computer and carrying case, and a case containing a cordless drill, valued in total at $900.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: 7:30 p.m., 100 block Southwest Jefferson. A woman reported that someone broke her vehicle's passenger-side front window and stole an Asus laptop computer, clothing and softball equipment among other things, valued in total at $1,150.

Sunday, May 8

DUII: 12:10 a.m., Northwest Ninth Street and Circle Boulevard. Melony Shockman, 36, of Corvallis, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants after she was stopped for reckless driving. Her blood-alcohol content was .11 percent.
