Viviana Lizette Gonzalez, 3 months, died at her Monroe home on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.

Survivors include her mother, Jacqueline Gonzalez; two brothers, Juan Diego and Javier; grandparents, Demri LaZier and Juan Gonzalez; great-grandmother, Bonny Iverson; aunts and uncles, Donovan, Carlos, Steven, Demri, Angela and Rafael; and cousins, Jo Jo and Lito.

A memorial service is planned for 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, at McHenry Funeral Home Chapel.
