Kristina Baum Hoffman, 42, of Glasgow, Ky., died Thursday at home. Her parents were Robert and Carole Goldfuss Baum. She is survived by her husband, Roland; children Timothy, Stephen and Elizabeth Hoffman; her mother, Carole Goldfuss Baum of Bowling Green, Ky.; and a brother and sister.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, July 21, at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Hoffman Family Cemetery.
