WEDNESDAY, DEC. 6

PUBLIC INDECENCY: 12:12 p.m., 600 block of Northwest Monroe Avenue, Corvallis. A woman at the library reported a man was looking at her while masturbating. The man denied masturbating, saying he was tucking his shirt into his pants. Police trespassed the man from the library.

THURSDAY, DEC. 7

CAR BURGLARY: 2:04 a.m., 500 block of Northwest 16th Street, Corvallis. A woman reported she had been asleep and woke to her car alarm going off. She said she heard people running away and went outside to see the passenger door of her car partially open. She told police nothing was missing from the car. No suspects were identified.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: 6:59 a.m., Southeast Rivergreen Avenue and Southeast Third Street, Corvallis. Officers responded for a report of a man lying down in traffic. A witness said he stopped for the man and saw another car swerve to miss him. The man then got up and walked away. The witness said the man appeared to be intoxicated.
