THEFT: 9:24 a.m., 200 block of Southwest First Street, Corvallis. A man reported encountering a group of men while walking on the bike path on Wednesday. He said one of the men bumped into him and he later realized his driver’s license and debit card had been stolen from his jacket pocket.
WARRANT ARREST: 3:25 p.m., 2900 block of Southeast Summerfield Drive, Corvallis. Officers assisted detectives from the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office in arresting Christian Lee Iverson, 20, for alleged sexual assault. Iverson was booked at the Benton County Jail before being transported to Deschutes County. He is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, attempted first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sexual abuse.

SCAM: 10:16 a.m., 6700 block of Northeast Pettibone Drive, Corvallis. A man reported he received a call from someone who identified himself as Zachary Miller of the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. The caller said the man missed jury duty and had to pay off a $900 warrant. The man provided the caller with information from Green Dot cards totaling $900.
