From 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Samaritan Heart & Vascular Institute will host a free seminar on the relationship between sleep apnea and the cardiovascular system.

Dr. Mari Goldner, a sleep medicine specialist with The Corvallis Clinic Sleep Medicine Department and Samaritan Sleep Disorders Center, will give participants tips for getting their heart, body and mind the rest it requires.

The seminar is to be at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Conference Rooms A and B at 3600 N.W. Samaritan Drive.
