My name is Victoria and I am a recent graduate from Oregon State University.
I have been on the Oregon Health Plan for a number of years now and I am very grateful to have the opportunity to use this service. Not all students or graduates have access to health care through their parents and as someone who is trying to look for a job, considering moving to start my career, and beginning to think about student loan repayments — to not have to worry about health care is relief beyond words.
I sincerely encourage any voter to support Measure 101, a measure that would protect Medicaid in Oregon, provide health care for over 400,000 children, and take care of the state's most vulnerable populations. We must take care of one another and ensure that we can live happy, healthy lives.
Please support Measure 101 during this special election and submit your ballot with a “yes" vote before Jan. 23!
