MONDAY, SEPT. 18

WARRANT ARREST: The Benton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Gilmore, 22, at an address on 19th Street for two Benton County Circuit Court warrants — a perjury case and a case involving charges of fourth-degree assault and driving under the influence of intoxicants.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 22

METH: Philomath Police confiscated drug paraphernalia and a small amount of methamphetamine while conducting a drug investigation at 8 p.m. at a residence on the 1100 block of Pioneer Street. Jo Anne Bauer, 63, of Philomath, was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 24

MISSING PLATE: Philomath Police took a report of a lost or stolen license plate that went missing sometime on Sept. 14 while the vehicle was in transit between Philomath and Tigard.

MONDAY, SEPT. 25

MINOR IN POSSESSION: Philomath Police responded to Philomath High School at noon and cited a student for being a minor in possession of cigarettes and marijuana.

AGENCY ASSIST: After getting an alert at 8:11 p.m., Philomath Police located a motorist in the area of Philomath Boulevard and 53rd Street who was wanted for questioning in a hit-and-run traffic collision. Subsequent investigation determined that the motorist was not driving the vehicle involved in the crash.

REVOKED LICENSE: Philomath Police arrested 42-year-old Maria Goodell, of Alsea, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a revoked license. The arrest took place after a traffic stop at 11:13 p.m. in the Philomath Market parking lot.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 26

DISTURBANCE: Philomath Police responded at 10:02 p.m. to a trespassing complaint at a residence on South 19th Street. Police learned that an intoxicated family member had been violent and refused to leave, but the complainant didn’t want the relative arrested. Instead, the individual got a ride home from a friend.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 27

METH: Philomath Police arrested Kammie Turner, 20, of Lebanon, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine after the Corvallis Police Department’s narcotics K-9 unit alerted that there were drugs in her vehicle. The arrest took place following a traffic stop at 12:15 a.m. near the intersection of Philomath Police and Country Club Drive.
