FRIDAY, SEPT. 15

AGENCY ASSIST: A Philomath police officer performed CPR on someone suffering from cardiac arrest until medics arrived from Corvallis Fire Department and Philomath Fire & Rescue. The call came in at 2:51 p.m. at a residence on the 3400 block of Southwood Drive. The individual’s heart began beating again, and medics transported the patient to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 16

FALSE ALARM: Philomath Police responded at 6:32 a.m. to an activated burglar alarm at a business on the 600 block of Applegate Street. Police spoke to two employees on scene and determined it was a false alarm.

TRESPASSING: Someone entered the First Baptist Church at 335 S. 26th St. through an unlatched door.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 17

DISTURBANCE: The Philomath Police Department and Benton County Sheriff’s Office responded at 2:37 a.m. to the 1000 block of Pioneer Street for a report of a fight in progress. Upon investigation, officers determined it was only a verbal altercation and that no laws had been broken.

BARK DUST FIRE: 10:08 a.m., 15th Street and Main Street.

SMOKE INVESTIGATION: 6:45 p.m., 24000 block of Highway 20.

MONDAY, SEPT. 18

MEDICAL: 6:56 a.m., 300 block of North 16th Street.

UNINTENTIONAL ALARM: 11:31 a.m., 24000 block of Cardwell Hill.

MEDICAL: 8:21 p.m., 300 block of North 16th Street.

MEDICAL: 9:52 p.m., 2600 block of Newton Street.

PUBLIC ASSIST: 6:54 p.m., Chapel Road and Bellfountain Road.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 20

SUV VS. TRACTOR: The tractor driver was ejected and suffered fractured bones and broken teeth. The SUV driver was not injured. 11:24 a.m., 25000 block of Grange Hall Road.

MEDICAL: 5:44 p.m., 2000 block of Applegate Street.

MEDICAL: 8:28 p.m., 22000 block of Wells Creek Road.
