What are your goals in life once football is over for you?

"I want to pursue a career as a firefighter. That's always been one of my dreams, to be a firefighter and to be looked at as a hero in the community."

What hobbies keep you busy between practices?

"If I'm not playing Xbox with my roommates and teammates, I'm probably playing with my dog. We'll play fetch or I take him to the river to swim around."

What is your favorite type of music you listen to, to get you in the mood to play?

"Before games I listen to slow jams to calm me down. For me, the game is highly anticipated and I'm always riled up. So I need to calm down to think about what I need to do. So I put on some slow R&B."

Do you have a favorite class or area of study?

"I used to like the psychology classes. Originally when I got here I was a psychology major." (Now he's a human development and families sciences major).

If you could have a dinner conversation with a historical figure, dead or alive, who would it be?

"I would like to pick apart the brain of Deion Sanders. To me as a corner, he's one of my all-time favorite players. To get his knowledge and input into the game would be a tremendous help to me."

What would be served at that dinner?

"Steak and lobster tail."

Who is the biggest influence in your life?

"My parents and my grandparents. They've been a huge influence in the way I think and the way I do things. And I feel they did a good job raising me."

What is something people don't know about you that would surprise them?

"I'm extremely goofy. You wouldn't know it with the way I act sometimes, but if you catch me hanging around with my teammates or girlfriend I'm an extremely goofy person. I joke around a lot."

What is your childhood fear?

"Heights probably. I used to hate roller coasters and stuff like that."

What is your guilty pleasure?

"Reality TV, as much as I hate to watch it, it's too entertaining to turn off sometimes. Like Real Chance of Love, For the Love of Ray J - just junk TV."

Who is your celebrity dream date?

"Kim Kardashian. She's the hottest girl in the world. Wait, the second hottest girl in the world."

Do you have a special talent?

"I don't have a special talent, but I'd say playing in sports."

What one thing would you change about yourself if you could?

"It would be my ability to gain weight. If I could I would weigh 195 right now. I'd want to be super buffed up. I have the skill set, I just need the size."

What one thing would you change about the world if you could?

"Hatred and racism. If we get past hatred and racism as a nation, there's nothing that can stop us from accomplishing anything we want."

What family traditions do you still follow?

"Before every game my mom calls me up to say a quick prayer. It wouldn't feel right if she didn't call me up and talk to me before the game. That's a tradition that's been going on since Pop Warner."
