What are your goals in life once football is over for you?

"Have a family, kids and a house. And be successful in whatever I'm doing."

What are your hobbies that keep you busy between practices?

"I like playing cribbage (card game). We play other games with the guys in the dorms. I like playing video games and watching movies."

What is your favorite type of music you listen to get you in the mood to play?

"I don't have a favorite. Just whatever they play in the locker room. Last fall camp there was a lot of reggae played. Then I started to hate it because it was the same thing over and over."

Do you have a favorite class or area of study?

"I enjoyed a work team management class."

If you could have a dinner conversation with a historical figure, dead or alive, who would it be?

"Let's see. How about Thomas Jefferson?"

What would be served at that dinner?

"A nice, expensive steak. No, an extremely expensive steak."

Who is the biggest influence in your life?

"My dad (Bill). He played football in college. He worked hard to get where was. He didn't have it all set out for him. He had to work to get scholarship and in school. Now he has his own company."

What is something people don't know about you that would surprise them?

"It would be I'm nice and funny. I'm not mean. I'm more goofy."

What's your childhood fear?

"Snakes. You never want to mess with snakes."

What is your guilty pleasure?

"A Chinese buffet"

Do you have a special talent?

"I can play the recorder with my nose."

What one thing would you change about yourself if you could?

"I'd be taller."

What one thing would you change about the world if you could?

"Let there be more food for starving kids."

What family traditions do you still follow?

"We get the family together for Christmas diner. We try to get everyone together for that. We've missed it three years in a row now, but that's OK because of bowl games. At least we got a Thanksgiving in recently, and this year."
