The Oregon State football team's Nov. 14 home game against Pacific-10 Conference rival Washington will kick off at 12:30 p.m. and be broadcast by FSN Northwest.
Tickets are $75 for the Dad's Weekend game. It's also the final home game of the season.
Jacquizz honored
Sophomore tailback Jacquizz Rodgers is one of 16 semifinalists for the 73rd Maxwell Award, given annually to the nation's best college football player.
He is second in the nation with 15 touchdowns, has 90 points and is on pace to break OSU's season scoring record of 132, set by Steven Jackson in 2003.
Rodgers was the 2008 Pac-10 Freshman of the Year and became the first freshman to earn Offensive Player of the Year honors. He is already sixth at OSU for career rushing yards with 2,175 in just 19 games.
He has been named Pac-10's Offensive Player of the Week four times, including after a career-high 189-yard four-touchdown performance against Stanford earlier this season.
Rodgers could be the second Beaver to ever earn the honor, joining 1962 award recipient and Heisman Trophy winner Terry Baker. The last Pac-10 player to win the Maxwell was USC's Marcus Allen in 1981.
The recipient will be announced as part of the Dec. 10 college football awards show on ESPNU. The presentation will be made at the Maxwell Football Club's Awards Dinner, set for March 5, 2010, in Atlantic City.
