Oregon State's Tres Tinkle was named the Pac-12 men's basketball player of the week after averaging 24.5 points, eight rebounds, 6.5 assists and two steals in a sweep of the Washington schools.

Against the Cougars, Tinkle scored a game-high 20 points and added five rebounds, five assists and three steals. Against the Huskies, he nearly posted a triple-double with 29 points, 11 rebounds and a career-high eight assists. He scored the final five points in regulation to send the game to overtime.

This is the 48th time an Oregon State player has been named player of the week .
