SUGAR GROVE, Ill. — Oregon State's Susie Cavanagh will conclude her junior season in the final round of the NCAA women's golf championships on Monday.
Through 36 holes, Cavanagh is tied for 115th place with a 22-over 79-87—166 at the par-72, 6,343-yard Rich Harvest Farms.
The tournament was shortened to 54 holes when the second round was cancelled on Saturday due to inclement weather.
Jennifer Kupcho of Wake Forest holds the individual lead with an even-par 74-70—144.
A transfer from Connecticut, Cavanagh qualified for the national tournament after shooting a career-best 1-under 76-71-68—215 to finish in a tie for ninth place at the NCAA Regionals in Lubbock, Texas.
