CORVALLIS — The Oregon State swimming program will kick off the new year with a Pac-12 dual against UCLA at the Osborn Aquatic Center at 7 p.m. Friday.
The first 50 fans in attendance will have an opportunity to receive a mermaid-tail blanket. The meet is also part of Oregon State’s Dam Worth It campaign to promote mental health awareness.
The Beavers are back in Corvallis after wrapping up their winter training in San Diego following a dual with San Diego State to close out the 2017 calendar year on Dec. 30. The Aztecs won 124-100 at the Aztec Aquaplex.
Oregon State last faced UCLA in the water on Oct. 24, 2015, in a tri-meet alongside UC Santa Barbara. The Bruins prevailed 175-82.
