Casey also batted in a run.


Darren Crosby (Santiam Christian) allowed one walk with one strikeout and no hits in one scoreless inning to get the save Friday in Whitworth’s 2-1 win at Texas-Tyler.


Corey Conklin (Crescent Valley) was 0 for 2 with a walk Tuesday in Eastern Kentucky’s 4-2 loss at Louisville (Kentucky).

Friday, he was 0 for 2 with a sacrifice in a 5-4 loss at North Carolina Wilmington.


Blaise Sims (Crescent Valley) was 1 for 1 Sunday in Colorado School of Mines’ 12-10 10-inning home loss to St. Edward’s in Golden.

Sims was 0 for 3 Saturday in a 10-3 home loss to St. Edward’s. Friday, he was 1 for 1 with a run scored in an 11-10 win against St. Edward’s.


James Anderson (Crescent Valley) was 0 for 4 with a run scored Saturday in Western Oregon’s 14-13 loss at Cal State Monterey Bay in Seaside.


Sean Little (Crescent Valley) was 0 for 1 Saturday in Willamette’s 20-1 home loss to Linfield in Salem.

Women’s basketball

Leslie Robinson (Corvallis) had 14 points, eight rebounds and five assists Saturday in Princeton’s 74-46 win at Columbia in New York City.

One day earlier, she had six points, one rebound, eight assists and two steals in a 72-40 win at Cornell in Ithaca, New York.


Jessica Sexson (Crescent Valley) had five points, two rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal Tuesday in Eastern Oregon’s 91-59 home win against Evergreen in a Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament quarterfinal in La Grande.

Saturday, Sexson had five points and four rebounds Saturday in an 82-68 home win against Southern Oregon.

Sexson had 10 points, three rebounds, three assists and a steal Friday in an 85-57 home win against Oregon Tech.


Maddi Bartholomew (Corvallis) had one rebound Tuesday in Northwest Christian’s 63-59 overtime home win against Corban in a Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament quarterfinal in Eugene.

She had seven points, three rebounds and three assists on senior night Saturday in Northwest Christian’s 76-49 home win against Walla Walla in Eugene.

Friday, she had one rebound and one assist in an 83-45 home win against Walla Walla.


Grace Corbin (Corvallis) had two points Tuesday in Southern Oregon’s 99-80 home win against Warner Pacific in a Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament quarterfinal in Ashland.

She had two rebounds and one assist Friday in a 70-62 win at College of Idaho in Caldwell.

Men’s basketball

Ben DeSaulnier (Philomath) had 11 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal Saturday in Southern Oregon’s 81-77 loss at Eastern Oregon in La Grande.

Friday, he had seven points and three rebounds in a 66-50 loss at College of Idaho in Caldwell.


Riley Davis (Philomath) had five points, one rebound, one assist and one steal Saturday in Linn-Benton’s 87-85 win at Chemeketa in Salem.

Teammate Trey Ecker (Philomath) added two points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal.

Davis had seven points, five rebounds, one assist and two steals Feb. 14 in a 79-71 home win versus Clackamas. Ecker had four points, seven rebounds and one assist.


Cal Stueve (Philomath) had one rebound Saturday in Oregon Tech’s 86-79 win at College of Idaho in Caldwell.

Stueve had six points and three rebounds Friday in a 92-77 win at Eastern Oregon in La Grande.

Men’s tennis

Jamie Fisher (Crescent Valley) teamed with Carlos Donat for a 6-3 win at second doubles Saturday in Portland’s 4-2 loss at BYU in Provo, Utah.

Fisher also played at fifth singles, taking a 6-3, 6-4 defeat.

Friday, Fisher won two matches in a 7-0 home win against Army. He teamed with Donat for a 6-0 win at second doubles and won his fifth singles match 6-1, 6-7, 1-0.


Hannah Yelas (Santiam Christian) allowed four hits, one earned run and two walks in six innings and took the defeat Sunday in Northwest’s 4-3 loss at Pacific in Forest Grove.
