Both his catches went for touchdowns, of 29 and then 48 yards. He also had a tackle.

Friday, she had a combined six digs, one assist and one ace as Whitworth split two tournament matches. The Pirates swept Pomona-Pitzer in three and lost to host Cal Lutheran in four.
Rachel Tostberg (Crescent Valley) had 11 assists and four digs Saturday in Humboldt State’s three-set loss to Montana State Billings at the DII West Regional Volleyball Showcase in Lacey, Washington.
She had 14 assists and two digs Friday in a three-set tournament loss to Point Loma. A day earlier, she recorded six assists and one ace in a three-set tournament loss to St. Martin’s.
Madison McLain (Santiam Christian) had a combined 43 assists and six digs in Corban’s two home sweeps last weekend in Salem. The Warriors defeated Evergreen State and Northwest.
Haylie Bennett (Philomath) had a combined 11 kills, four block assists, one solo block and one dig Saturday in Oregon State’s two wins at the North Texas Challenge in Denton.
Teammate Maddy Gravley (Santiam Christian) had two kills, one assist and a solo block in the three-set sweep of New Orleans. The Beavers also swept Campbell.
Friday, Bennett had eight kills and two block assists in a three-set tournament loss to host North Texas. Gravley added three kills and two block assists.
Hannah Bogatin (Corvallis) had 29 assists and six digs Sept. 6 in Southern Oregon’s four-set home win against Oregon Tech in Ashland. Teammate Malie Rube (Crescent Valley) added six kills, four block assists and three digs.
Isabella Smith (Santiam Christian) had three assists and 13 digs for Oregon Tech.
Hadley Heck (Crescent Valley) had a combined five digs and one assist Friday in Portland State’s two matches at the UC Davis tournament in Davis, California. The Vikings defeated UC Davis in four sets and were swept by Santa Clara in three.
Eleanor Belton (Corvallis) had two kills, one assist, one dig and one block assist Sept. 6 in Chemeketa’s three-set home sweep of South Puget Sound in Salem.
Megan Green (Crescent Valley) made two saves in goal Saturday in Oregon Tech’s 4-3 double-overtime win at Lewis & Clark in Portland.
Megan Stewart (Corvallis) took three shots Saturday in Chemeketa’s 2-0 home win against Southwestern Oregon in Salem.
