Corvallis High senior Aaron Corwin was voted the Mid-Willamette Conference Pitcher of the Year on Tuesday night by the conference's coaches.

Corwin went 7-0 in the conference and was the only pitcher to beat conference champion West Albany.

CHS shortstop Ross Orman, third baseman Cory England, outfielders Kellen Sparkes and Steven Ravlin, catcher Adam Zweber and designated hitter Chase Sanders were also first-team selections.

England and Corwin were unanimous picks, as was Crescent Valley catcher Kiel Larkin.

CV's Van Fudge (second base), Nate Pozzesi (outfield) and Brad Bodon (designated hitter) and CHS's Jason Martin (outfield) and Ben Northcutt (utility) were second-team picks.

CV pitchers Logan Cooper and Dusty Hultberg and CHS first baseman Kipp Godfrey were honorable mention.

West Albany's Jeremy Burright was the Player of the Year.

West Albany's Don Lien was the Coach of the Year.
