Here is a look at this weekend’s prep football state quarterfinal matchups. All kickoff times are listed below.
No. 5 Crescent Valley at No. 4 Churchill
Records: Crescent Valley 9-1, 5-1 Mid-Willamette Conference (tied first); Churchill 10-0, 7-0 Midwestern League (first)
Time: 7 p.m.
Two of the state’s most explosive offenses will face off Friday night in Eugene.
Unbeaten Churchill, which routed 13th-seeded Pendleton 42-15 in the round of 16, is averaging a 5A-best 50.3 points per game. Running back Dalton McDaniel and receivers Marshaun Tucker Jr. and Lucas Schwin were first-team all-Midwestern League selections.
The Lancers will be without first-team all-league defensive back and second-team receiver Myles Green-Richards, a Washington State commit. Green-Richards is out with a leg injury.
Crescent Valley took down Marist 42-7 in the first round, surpassing 30 points for the eighth time this fall. The Raiders are putting up 34.1 points per contest.
The Raiders won’t have senior receiver and corner Tariq Harris, who is nursing a sprained knee. Harris was voted second-team all-MWC on offense.
Friday’s winner advances to meet top-seeded Mountain View or No. 8 Silverton in next week’s semifinals.
No. 10 Vale at No. 2 Santiam Christian
Records: Vale 7-3, 4-1 Eastern Oregon League (second); Santiam Christian 8-2, 4-1 West Valley League (tied first)

Santiam Christian extended its winning streak to four games last week with a 42-6 dismantling of No. 15 Colton.
The Eagles are in the state quarterfinals for the ninth consecutive season.
Vale, which finished second behind third-seeded Nyssa in the Eastern Oregon League, snuck by No. 7 Clatskanie 19-14 in the round of 16. The Vikings have won five consecutive games entering Friday’s matchup.
Vale captured back-to-back state titles in 2014-15, including a 27-20 championship game victory over SC two years ago.
The winner will face Nyssa or No. 11 Rainier in the semifinals.
No. 10 Kennedy vs. No. 2 Monroe

The Dragons also blanked Kennedy, which got off to an 0-4 start, 28-0 on the road in Week 3.
Kennedy regrouped from a rough September to earn an at-large berth to the playoffs. The Trojans are coming off consecutive shutout wins over Regis (34-0) and No. 7 Enterprise (33-0).
Kennedy was the 2A runner-up in 2015 and a semifinalist last fall.
No. 3 Knappa or No. 11 Oakland will meet the winner in next week’s semifinals.
