PHILOMATH — Antoine Feld scored twice on penalty kicks and Sam Callender also scored on a PK to help lift the Philomath High boys soccer team to a 5-1 win over Gladstone on Tuesday.

While the Warriors converted on three penalty kick, Philomath goalkeeper Jayson Kildea made a stop on the one he faced.

"You guess as a goalkeeper and you hope a little bit and we were fortunate to not have their keeper guess right and our keeper made a great save," PHS coach Anton Grube said. "He had a quick reaction and you have to give it up to Kildea for making the save."

Ethan Manning added two goals and Callender chipped in two assists as well.

The Warriors (1-1-1) are at North Bend on Sept. 12.
