Kendra Sheeder continued her good fortunes in the pool with first-place showings for the Philomath High swim team in the two freestyle sprints on Thursday in a three-team meet at Clemens Pool.

Sheeder won the 50-yard freestyle by nearly 3 seconds in 26.69 and the 100 free by 1.65 seconds in 59.25.

The 200 freestyle took first place in 1:55 flat.

For the boys, Catlin Gabel won eight individual events and two relays. Philomath's lone victory was in the 400 freestyle relay, however, the Warriors swam only against their B team in that race.

The Warriors will end the regular season on Monday with a dual against Salem Academy.
