Ivan L. Rauch, 90, of Lebanon passed away at his home on Feb. 19, 2017.
Ivan was born in Portland on Aug. 26, 1926, the son of Ivan and Minnie (Lewis) Rauch. As a child he lived in Brownsville. He then moved to Los Angeles, California, for a short time before his family settled in Napa, California. He attended and graduated from Napa High School. After high school, he served in the Navy during World War II and the Korean conflict.
Ivan lived in St. Helena, California, and worked for Central Valley Builders Supply for several years. He later moved to Ukiah, California, where he owned and operated Ukiah Warehouse Sales from the early 1970s until retiring in the early 1990s. After retiring, he moved to Lebanon where he resided since.
Ivan was a member of the Lebanon Elks Lodge 1663. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and going for Sunday drives.
Ivan married Carolyn Dougherty in Brownsville on Dec. 16, 1950.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Carolyn of Lebanon; son Ivan of Ukiah, California; daughters Mindy Harding and husband Nelson of Fort Jones, California, and Laurie Rauch and husband John of Lebanon; grandson Dylan and wife Jessica Walker; great-granddaughters Elizabeth and Alexandra.
At his request no services will be held.
