The Benton County Genealogical Society is finished with its summer break with plans to resume its monthly program at 11 a.m. Saturday. The group meets for programs in the College United Methodist Church's social hall.

The program does not have a designated speaker with plans for members to share any of their new genealogical discoveries from over the summer.

Future programs include Lisa McCullough on autosomal DNA testing and what to do after receiving the results (Oct. 12), Tom O’Brien on finding digital records on Family Search (Nov. 9) and the annual silent auction and potluck (Dec. 14).
