Nancie Carmichael, a nationally acclaimed author, speaker and Bible teacher, will be the featured speaker at the Valley-Wide Night of Praise and Worship Thursday, March 14.

The Mid-Valley Women of Christ will host a Valley-Wide Night of Praise and Worship Thursday, March 14 at 7 p.m., at Hope Church.

As the ministry wraps up classes of Community Bible studies offered in Philomath and 20 other cities, the event offers highlights, worship and featured guest speaker Nancie Carmichael, a nationally acclaimed author, speaker and Bible teacher.

In her most recent book, “The Unexpected Power of Home,” Carmichael reveals how a home is where the gospel gets personal and provides a blueprint for a safe, serene place where love can live. Worship will be led by Ashra Liles and the praise team of Hope Church in Albany.

The event is open to all women at no charge; a freewill offering will be taken. Doors open at 6 p.m. with worship beginning at 7 p.m. Women are encouraged to arrive on time as over 850 will attend. The church is located at 2817 Santiam Highway in Albany.
