FRIDAY, APRIL 5

TRESPASSING: Philomath police caught up with a juvenile on 19th and Applegate Street and cited him on a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing for allegedly going on the high school property after he had already been warned that he could not return. Police were dispatched to the scene at 2:08 p.m.

THEFT: A woman reported to Philomath police that someone broke into her storage unit and stole what she said was at least $50,000 worth of paintings.

SATURDAY, APRIL 6

LOST MOTORIST: The Benton County Sheriff’s Office responded at 9 p.m. to a report of a group that was lost on the road system near Marys Peak. They were located a short time later and shown the way out of the woods and back to town.

SUNDAY, APRIL 7

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Philomath police received a report at 2:07 p.m. of someone walking around with gun in hand on the 1900 block of Main Street. No further information was provided.

DISTURBANCE: Philomath police responded at 2:50 p.m. to the 600 block of South 19th Street for a domestic disturbance. Both subjects accused the other of trying to push them down the stairs. No arrests were made.

MONDAY, APRIL 8

WARRANT: Philomath police arrested Robert Dustin Schaffner, 29, of Philomath, on a municipal court warrant at 2:03 p.m. while he was at the court.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Philomath police took a report of someone cutting off the padlock to the gate at Timber Supply Co. on April 5 and entering the gated area. No report of anything stolen.

TUESDAY, APRIL 9

OVERDOSE: An individual was transported to the hospital for care after intentionally overdosing.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10

RECOVERED PROPERTY/LITTER: Someone reported at 10:30 a.m. that when a motorist made a U-turn on the 2100 block of Main Street, the vehicle’s door came open and contents from inside the vehicle fell into the roadway. A Philomath police officer located the vehicle and contacted the driver, who gathered up the spilled contents.

IDENTITY THEFT: Philomath police took a report of a woman’s personal information possibly being compromised.

FRIDAY, APRIL 12

WARRANT: Denise E. Becker, 33, of Corvallis, went to the Philomath Police Department to recover property that had been stored there since a previous arrest. While she was there, police cited her in lieu of arrest on a warrant.

MEDICAL: 12:36 a.m., 1300 block of Cedar Street.

MEDICAL: 12:53 p.m., 1000 block of Main Street.

UNINTENTIONAL ALARM: 2:14 p.m., 500 block of South 19th Street.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10

MEDICAL: 8:26 p.m., 600 block of McCall Way.

THURSDAY, APRIL 11

MEDICAL: 5:24 a.m., 29000 block of Beaver Creek Road.

MEDICAL: 4:54 p.m., 3000 block of Acorn Court.

MEDICAL: 6:30 p.m., 900 block of Quail Glenn Drive.
