THURSDAY, MARCH 28

RECKLESS DRIVING: Philomath police responded at 9:35 p.m. to the 200 block of South 19th Street for a report of a vehicle that hit a mailbox and nearly hit a house. Sean Mitchell Quetschke, 39, of Philomath, was cited in lieu of custody for reckless driving.

FRIDAY, MARCH 29

DUII: Philomath police responded at 5:04 a.m. to the 900 block of Quail Glenn Drive for a report of a vehicle that had crashed into a parked car. Trystan L. McNeely, 19, of Philomath, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

DOGS: Philomath police responded to two dog-related calls. At 8:38 a.m., police took a complaint of dogs coming after a jogger in the 200 block of South Ninth Street. At 3 p.m., police responded to a report of a vicious dog at Robb Place and Marlon Street.

SATURDAY, MARCH 30

ASSISTANCE: Philomath police assisted the Benton County Sheriff's Office at 12:33 a.m. with a controlled substance investigation stemming from a traffic stop near West Hills Drive and Grand Oaks Drive in Corvallis. Eric Bereskin, 36, city of residence not reported, was arrested on drug possession charges and supplying contraband.

ASSISTANCE: Philomath police contacted a man at 1:31 a.m. on West Hills Road and Bailey Street who was stumbling near the fog line. Police gave the man a ride home.

WALLET: Philomath police took possession of a wallet that had been turned in after it was found at Ellmaker State Park on Highway 20.

MONDAY, APRIL 1

CRASH: Philomath police responded at 6:47 p.m. to a report of a crash at 19th Street and Main Street to conduct a traffic investigation.

TUESDAY, APRIL 2

THEFT: Philomath police responded at 4:03 p.m. to Towne Pump for a report of a vehicle that had driven off without paying for $20 in fuel. The unidentified motorist was later located by the Linn County Sheriff's Office and cited into Philomath Municipal Court.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Philomath police responded at 6:15 p.m. to Beggs Tires for a report of a break-in in a back fenced area.

THEFT: Philomath police responded to a report at 6:38 p.m. from a man who said someone had attempted to break into his camper that was in storage.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Philomath police responded at 4:26 p.m. to the side lot at Marys Peak True Value for a report of an who was passed out between some pallets. Police determined that the unconscious man had inhaled contents of a compressed air cannister. He was transported to Corvallis.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Philomath police responded at 6:55 p.m. to a report of a possibly intoxicated woman walking in and out of the roadway near Applegate Street and Main Street. The woman, who was identified, declined any assistance.

ASSISTANCE: Philomath police helped an intoxicated man at 7:29 p.m. secure a cab ride home from the 1100 block of Main Street.

THURSDAY, APRIL 4

BURGLARY: Philomath police took a report at 9 a.m. of a burglary that had occurred sometime overnight at Corbin Cabintry on Main Street.

FIRE: Public assistance, 9:19 a.m., 23000 block of Highway 34.

MEDICAL: 9:08 p.m., 30000 block of Oakview Drive.

MONDAY, APRIL 1

MEDICAL: 2:12 a.m., 1700 block of Applegate Street.

FUEL SPILL: 6 p.m., Applegate Street and 18th Street.

TUESDAY, APRIL 2

MEDICAL: Mutual aid, 8:20 a.m., Kings Valley Charter School.

MEDICAL: 1:40 p.m., 3000 block of Main Street.

MEDICAL: 2:24 p.m., Highway 34 and Rock Creek.
