FRIDAY, NOV. 22

METH: A Benton County sheriff deputy arrested Erica Marie Villa, 34, of Albany, following a traffic stop on Eighth Street near Main Street. Villa had a felony Linn County Circuit Court warrant and was booked on additional charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to carry and present a driver’s license.

SINGLE-VEHICLE CRASH: The Philomath Police Department aided the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in responding to a single-vehicle crash at 2:50 p.m. at Evergreen Road and Walden Lane. An occupant of the vehicle sustained unspecified injuries.

SATURDAY, NOV. 23

TRESPASS COMPLAINT: Philomath police investigated a trespass complaint reported at 3:56 p.m. on the 1500 block of Applegate Street. The responding officer determined that the subject pulled up in a vehicle and yelled at the caller, never leaving the vehicle which was parked on the public street.

MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE: Philomath police responded at 5:35 p.m. to the area of North 14th Street and Main Street for a report of an intoxicated man walking in the area and telling people he was suicidal. The responding officer transported the man to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

SUNDAY, NOV. 24

VEHICLE CRASH: The Philomath Police Department aided the Corvallis Police Department in responding to a non-injury vehicle crash at 1:32 p.m. on Philomath Boulevard near Southwest Country Club Drive in Corvallis.

THEFT: Philomath police took a theft report involving a resident paying someone for yard work that the subject did not complete.

MONDAY, NOV. 25

MULTIPLE-VEHICLE CRASH: Five vehicles were involved in a crash just before 10:30 a.m. on Highway 20 near Norton Creek Road, just east of Blodgett. Three cars and a semi-truck were towed from the scene, two drivers were transported to the hospital for treatment and Highway 20 was closed briefly.

THEFT: Philomath police took a report of a theft that reportedly occurred on the 2400 block of Newton Street.

ILLEGAL CAMPING: Philomath police issued a citation to an individual on the 200 block of South 26th Street for illegal camping.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A criminal mischief complaint was reported at 6:33 p.m. on the 300 block of North Ninth Street.

WARRANT: Philomath police arrested David Lewis Sanders, 47, of Philomath, at 10:42 p.m. on the 300 block of South 11th Street. Sanders had a warrant for failing to appear in court on criminal charges.

PACKAGE THEFT: A woman reported to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office that sometime between Nov. 22 and Nov. 23, someone stole two packages valued at $100 that had been left by the mailboxes near Greasy Creek Road, southwest of Philomath. The stolen items included two sets of vacuum bags, Velcro, sea salt and pomegranate molasses.

DISTURBANCE: Philomath police responded at 4:03 p.m. to the 100 block of North Eighth Street for a report of a domestic disturbance. The responding officer determined that no crime had been committed, and one of the parties decided to leave and stay elsewhere for a few days.

DISTURBANCE: Philomath police responded at 5:08 p.m. to the 2000 block of Applegate Street for a report of a domestic disturbance.

TUESDAY, NOV. 26

CAR PROWL: Philomath police took a report at 3:19 p.m. of a vehicle break-in on the 400 block of South 30th Street.

MEDICAL: 3:19 a.m., 24000 block of Highway 34.

TRAFFIC CRASH: 10:56 p.m., Clem Road, milepost 1, Lincoln County.

SUNDAY, NOV. 24

MEDICAL: 1:54 a.m., 200 block of North Seventh Street.

MEDICAL: 3:42 p.m., 7000 block of Southwest Deerhaven Drive.

MONDAY, NOV. 25

MEDICAL: 10:05 a.m., 100 block of North 15th Street.

TRAFFIC CRASH: 9:36 a.m., Highway 20 and Norton Creek Road.

TUESDAY, NOV. 26

FIRE (MUTUAL AID): 9:30 a.m., Corvallis Station 2.

FIRE (MUTUAL AID): 10:06 a.m., 37000 block of Southeast Alexander Road.

MEDICAL: 10:41 a.m., 200 block of South 19th Street.

MEDICAL: 2:08 p.m., 7000 block of Southwest Deerhaven Drive.

UNINTENTIONAL ALARM: 11:48 p.m., 33000 block of Noon Road.
