FRIDAY, NOV. 1

ASSISTANCE: The Benton County Sheriff’s Office assisted by Philomath police responded at 8:21 a.m. to a lumber delivery truck that had gone into a ditch near West Hills Road and North 19th Street. A towing service got the truck out of the ditch.

NARCOTICS: Philomath police arrested Cole Everett Chambers, 23, of Albany, on a charges of methamphetamine possession and driving with a suspended license during a stop at 11:49 p.m. in the 1700 block of Main Street.

SUNDAY, NOV. 3

DUII: Philomath police arrested Miguel Angel Hernandez, 33, of Philomath, on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants with a blood-alcohol content between .15 and .19 during a stop at 1:44 a.m. in the 100 block of South 13th Street.

FLUID: Philomath police responded at 8:47 a.m. to a report of a barrel in the intersection of 19th Street and Main Street that was leaking fluids. Upon arrival, the barrel had been removed and the officer determined the fluid in the roadway was water.

WARRANT: A Benton County sheriff deputy pulled over a vehicle at 9:50 p.m. near Main Street and 14th Street for a traffic violation. The deputy cited and released a passenger, 25-year-old Tyler Garol Gene Upmeyer, on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for allegedly violating his probation on a DUII charge. Upmeyer’s city of residence was not available.

MONDAY, NOV. 4

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Philomath police arrested Dennis Richard Becker, 33, of Albany, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 11:16 a.m. in the 1000 block of Applegate Street.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 6

MINORS IN POSSESSION: Philomath police cited three juveniles for possession of marijuana after they had returned to classes at Philomath High School under the influence.

THURSDAY, NOV. 7

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Philomath police responded at 10:30 p.m. to the 1300 block of Applegate Street for a report of a woman knocking on a door and ultimately scratching and hissing like a cat.

WARRANT: Philomath police arrested Richard Leroy Ogbin, 60, of Lebanon, at 2:11 p.m. in the 300 block of South Ninth Street on a charge of failure to appear in court.

FRIDAY, NOV. 8

HEROIN: Philomath police arrested Robert Joseph Murray, 24, of Albany, on a charge of heroin possession and Karly Ann Tarvin, 24, of Corvallis, on charges of methamphetamine possession and failure to appear in court on a criminal citation. The interaction occurred at 11:48 p.m. near SW 53rd Street and West Hills Road.

MEDICAL: Noon, 23000 block of Highway 20.

MEDICAL: 1:39 p.m., 2300 block of Applegate Street.

MEDICAL: 4:01 p.m., 2500 block of Green Street.

THURSDAY, NOV. 7

MEDICAL: 7:44 a.m., 1600 block of Applegate Street.

MEDICAL: 6:22 p.m., 23000 block of Woods Creek Road.
