SATURDAY, NOV. 16

WELFARE CHECK: An Uber driver called 911 at 6:57 a.m. because a man that the driver gave a ride home to had fallen asleep in the car and could not be woken up. Medics were dispatched to perform an alcohol evaluation.

SUNDAY, NOV. 17

DRUGS: Philomath police cited and released Jennifer Ann Brandt, 32, of Albany, and Alex Jasper Mayberry, 32, of Corvallis, on drug possession charges after contacting them at 11:14 p.m. at Highway 20 and Highway 34. Brandt was cited for possession of methamphetamine and Mayberry was cited for possession of heroin and on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

HARASSMENT: Philomath police arrested Kristen Dione Maschino, 34, of Philomath, on a misdemeanor harassment charge. The arrest took place on the 2500 block of Newton Street.

DISTURBANCE: Philomath police responded at 2:55 p.m. to a report of a domestic disturbance between a man and his adult son. The officer determined that no crime had been committed. The son, his girlfriend and their child decided to leave and stay elsewhere for the night.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: A caller reported at 6:42 p.m. that a man in his 20s was trying to sell a laptop in the Chevron and McDonald’s parking lots.

MONDAY, NOV. 18

BURGLARY: Philomath police took a burglary report at 4:07 p.m. that reportedly occurred on the 1300 block of Applegate Street.

THEFT: A caller reported at 6:23 p.m. a theft that occurred on the 1000 block of Applegate Street.

TUESDAY, NOV. 19

TWO-VEHICLE CRASH: Philomath police responded at 8:12 p.m. to the 600 block of Main Street for a report of a two-vehicle crash. Police determined that a semi-truck driver attempted to change lanes to merge into the south lane, causing a collision with a passenger car. No one was injured.

THEFT: Philomath police investigated a theft that was called in at 8:12 p.m. and reportedly occurred on the 600 block of Main Street.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 20

HIT-AND-RUN: Philomath police investigated property damage caused by a hit-and-run at 5:55 a.m. on the 100 block of North 14th Street.
